Hello universe so I bought the hardware for my rental for my bathroom and I have to say I’m pretty impressed with the look of the hardware and it’s sturdiness when you install it. Looks very elegant but yet Masculine for a guys bathroom. The towel holder was more for a kitchen towel or hand towel not really for a shower towel so be careful with that one. It was too short for me but I made it workout for something else. Installation was easy I did it myself. Make sure you use the plastic inserts if your installing in dry wall. Overall I’m happy with this product! Good luck

They are decent for the price but the drywall anchors they come with are absolute junk. They do not work at all. The pieces themselves have a nice finish and look great.

Looks nice. Some parts do not stay connected. Need better wall anchors.
I like these. They look good and some of the items work fine. Any of the components that have only one base connected to the wall will loosen and fail. The toilet paper and paper towel roll holders will not stay up. I have tried many ways(adding lock washers, tape, rubber washers,etc) to get these to stay up but they all last a few weeks or months then flop down and drop the roll. The screw that holds the bar part to the base is held with a screw. I cannot be tightened enough to hold it. This connection point needs to had a bolt and a lock washer. Maybe if they made it so there were two screws it would hold. The connection just loosens and rotates. They all also needed better wall anchors.

Critical design flaw
All of the bars (towel bar, paper towel, toilet paper, and even the hooks) are not a single piece – they are 2 pieces held together by a screw in the back connecting the main shaft to the cup mount. [See the image for step 1 in the product description where it says “In order to keep the stand stable” for reference] No matter how tight you think you got it, it WILL loosen once any amount of weight is put on the bar as there is nothing else securing it. The torque of the paper towel’s weight literally unscrews itself causing bars to freely rotate 360 degrees on the wall without any trouble. We tried multiple modifications but the only one that seemed to work was metal welding glue. Even then, the tiny hex screw connecting the cup to the wall mount is extremely flimsy and has no channel to slot into (it also only uses friction to hold). It will likely fail in the future and require more modification.The towel bar and ring should not have this problem, but they are not great. The advertised 16” is the total size – the usable space is significantly less than that and it’s just awkward. The included anchors are low quality as expected, so we didn’t use them. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the issues until after we had already drilled all the holes and mounted everything so returning would have been problematic.Do not buy these. Very low quality and simply not worth the hassle.
