Really lovely but hard to get towel hook level
Toilet paper one was easy to install, about what you’d expect. I am very handy but even I had difficulty hanging the towel one because you have two mounting brackets in the back, that you have to be meticulous with your holes and stuff, which is especially difficult if you are using drywall anchors.Overall, the towel rack ended up being just a HAIR unlevel, my sister noticed when she was here, but I was fine with it because I’m painting the bathroom soon anyway and I plan on patching the holes and starting over after painting anyway.I installed them about 2 months ago and they are so far holding up well, the finish isn’t coming off or anything

Bad install design
No lip or dovetail inside to grab onto the bracket. It’s poorly designed as far as stability or sturdiness go. I’ll be returning.
