Exactly what we needed.
This was for a tiny (210SF) cabin in the woods. My only prerequisites were that it be black, preferably matte black, and have a stable, heavy base so it didn’t wobble around or fall over easily when used. Went out to the standard US collection of stores to grab one and came back empt handed over and over but this checked all the boxes.Cons:Plastic threads at the brush mount to the handle (don’t think it’s going to be an issue but who knows)Pros:Heavy stable base,Nice matte black finish like all our other bathroom accessories,The movable silicon cap is pretty great! You can push it down the handle a little to keep the brush out of any water that may collect in the base.The interior base bottom’s shape is the same as the brush so the bristles shouldn’t flatten at the tip of the brush as quickly as they might normally.Seemingly sturdy build.It’s a toilet brush. It didn’t change my life or get my boys into an Ivy League University but it does look the way I want it do and has a good chance of cleaning our toilet occasionally.If you like the price and photos, you’ll probably be happy with it.

It works as intended. Smaller in size than I anticipated. I don’t mind that it takes up less floor space.

Small but sturdy
This brush and holder set is well made. There is a plastic disc that slides down the handle toward the brush, which also works as the top when you insert the brush into the holder. If it’s too far from the brush, the top is open. If it’s too close, it’s difficult to get under the rim of the toilet to clean. It looks good.

Terrible
Broke after a month. The handle is steel, the threads are plastic. Looks good but doesn’t work.Why not just make the threads metal? Then it wouldn’t break? Because there’s no company behind the product.

Really like the ceramic base — itlooks better than plastic and cleans up better than the ones made of cheap metal.The brush head is small, which at first seemed like a negative. But it gets into places the old (larger) brush couldn’t.
