Small problem, big fix offer
This is a sturdy little brush. The handle and brush pieces fit together tightly and it does a great job of fitting into the hard-to-reach places. The only problem I have with it is that the shaft between the angles is j-u-s-t too short to span the rim of my toilet, so it takes a little maneuvering to get it to hang and drain the way the photo shows.BUT. I have rarely received such good customer service from any company on Amazon. I explained the difficulty and told them I understood re-tooling and re-shaping the molds would be prohibitively expensive unless this is a common complaint. They offered to refund my purchase price but let me keep the brushes. One CS agent said the next day she had already spoken with the product design people about it. I’ve no idea whether toilet-rim widths are standard or not (I suspect not). Just the offer and the willingness to look into it really impressed me. I’d have no hesitation doing business with this company again.

Like the brush design
Decided to give this style of brush a try since reviews were pretty good. I purchased the double pack. Assembly was easy. I like the design of the brush, easy to clean under the rim and bowl itself, brush is sturdy and easy to manage. My only complaint is the flimsy base to hold brush. I find it very cheap, and I have a hard time placing the brush back into base because it always tips over. Other than that, price was fair and brush works well. I might consider getting a different base to store brush.

DOES THE JOB AND WE ARE HAPPY OVERALL
We recently ordered this toilet brush because the standard style did not clean the bottom, tunnel-like part leading out of the toilet properly. So I ordered this product and my husband is thrilled that the design and size of this brush DOES THE JOB. We have no problem w/the holder falling over as many have complained about. My husband says you have to place the brush back in the holder properly so the bristles do not stick out on the side and that should prevent the holder from tipping over. (he has used the product more than I have so I have to go by his experience more than mine)

They look descent for a plastic brush.
I got the white brush. They are light and made of cheap plastic. They are not “fancy” but they look descent for a plastic toilet brush. I had more expensive one in brushed nickel and those rusted easily. The brush comes in 3 pieces that connect together, and they are super easy to assemble. I just bought my 3rd one (we have 4 toilets). The first one I got in Oct of 2024 and still looks great. The bristles haven’t fallen. The main reason I keep buying them is because they won’t rust, they look good (for cheap, plastic ones) and I like the curb of it which make it easy to clean under the rim and where the water goes out. Overall, good value for the money.

Flimsy
The first time I ordered from them, I got the brush with no holder. Apparently though, that was the best brush they had. The other brushes I’ve seen are a silicone one and this one, which isn’t as nice. The problem was I had nowhere to put the brush they sent me after I cleaned the toilet, other than in a plastic bag.So I ordered this set, not for the brush, but because it looked like the holder would work.Imagine my surprise when this set arrived in an even smaller box than just the brush. When I opened it, I found out why. This brush is flimsier and smaller than the other one and it’s in three pieces, not two. It doesn’t have the same curve to it that the original brush they sent me has. What it does have, that the other one doesn’t, is the plastic disc on the handle, to make it better fit the holder.I like the original brush I got, which is now balanced in this holder, but the holder is weirdly open on one side, and I’m sure the brush will fall out if someone bumps it. (Honestly, I thought the opening was just a graphic to show us how the brush fit inside the holder, not that the holder actually had that opening.So, now I have a brush precariously balanced in a holder not really made for it, because this company doesn’t offer a holder for the brush they sent me. And I’m not about to spend even more money buying their expensive set, just to get the holder. So, I’m a bit annoyed.

Funny-looking shape that works like a charm..
The shape and bristle firmness of this brush are outstanding. Just as good as the ones we had in the olden days, (1930’s and 1940’s — when cleaning tools were expected to work well.) This is the 4th brush I’ve tried and this company has finally got the real deal. It’s a funny-looking shape, but it works like a charm.

A good product!
I was kind of doubtful but I took the chance. So far, I’m liking the brushes! It seems to get more “stuff” from under the rim and also from the opening at the bottom of the toilet bowl itself. I am happy and I would purchase this again when these brushes have seen their better days. 🙂

Brush is in fact much better than standard brush at getting under the inner rim, and made of tough material. Despite being three parts you put together, it acts like a single solid tool.Holding case is slightly too small for the brush and extremely too light weight.

I love the stability of this brush. It fits under the rim, and in the hole. Others are too round. This also comes with a 24 month warranty. I ordered one to try it out and ordered two more.
