These are truly adorable! By look I was hoping the plastic was not cheap and possibly breakable. I can say it has been good to have these. You can push the cover of the plunger to the top to lock in place when using it. You push the cover back down after you’re done using it. It does not seem cheap to me. I’ve tested both items and I am satisfied enough to say I will get another set for the other bathroom.
