Step1
Cut a deep hole in the wall.Slip clamp under 1st loop of spring.
Step2
Position clamp and spring assembly inside wall opening,so that spring pressure again inside of rear wall pushes arms of clamp against inside of front wall.
Step3
Push screws into accessory holes and adjust so that screws enter slots in clamp.
Step4
Tighten screws while holding accessory in place.

Allows the larger rolls to turn as expected. Easily installed. Reason for reducing a star was because the roller was very CHEAP. Kept my original roller.

It worked great for me because my wall had the whole for it due to replacing a similar one. There was a piece of wood inside the wall and I just screwed it in.

This is a basic toilet paper holder- I like the simple matte black finish. The ad photos are accurate, with one small exception– the included screws have shiny silver heads, which are visible at times and certain angles when the roll gets smaller. That might be of no significance at all to you, but I thought they would be black and blend in to the holder. I remedied it by coloring them with a magic marker– didn’t have black nail polish which may have settled into the phillips head screwdriver + slots anyway. Not a big deal, but it seems it would have been just as simple for the manufacturer to have included black, not silver, screws.The install diagram was not included in the box I received, so I had to look back at the diagram on the ad page. Then to double check the recommended install, I ended up clicking on an identical product sold by a seller with a different name where I found a short installation video– now that was useful. I think this seller should also include a video showing the actual install steps for those of us who need every visual clue we can get to walk us through the process and not risk having the spring and the holder fall into the wall. It didn’t but I’m capable of doing something like that, which is why the videos are super-helpful.The holder will work fine for my purposes.
