Is plastic insert no good
Love the shower but the plastic insert that goes to the adjustable arm has become stripped and now it’s leaking like a sieve

i thought this was easy to install.
i thought this was easy to install. but i am pretty good at plumbing. Make sure to use plumber’s tape, and wrap the tape in the right direction (so the end of the tape is in the same direction as you screw it on.) this should make sense, if you wrap the other way, it will not stay still while you screw it on.

JUST WHAT I WANTED
Needed to replace my old shower head which had seen better days. This one is simple, sleek, and the water flows evenly. Oh yeah, the price was not bad either.

Gravity is the only thing that gets water out of this thing.
No washers or restrictors used during installation and the water barely drips straight down. You have to keep moving in order to get wet and I can’t even do that since I am backed up against the built in seat as far as I can get.I tossed this thing in the garbage and put my old one back in. At least I could get wet with it. I would be better off using two squirt guns than this shower head.

doesnt come with whats in the picture
I ordered two. they were the round heads only. The did not come with the supply pipe or the flange as shown in the picture. they were also late arriving. Now I have to order the pipes seperately which takes even more time and adds expense.. deceptive picture in the ad.
