I have two children and a cat, in order for them to live in a clean and comfortable environment, I have to clean every day. I just received the mop,and why are there water stains in the bottle?

We carefully test the sprayer before shipping,so it is normal if you find some water in the bottle.It’s not used.

Why doesn’t the mop spray water?

1.Please check if the bottle is installed correctly. 2.Please press the trigger 10-15 times continuously during the first use to activate the water spray system.

3.Please clean the water tank and spray nozzle of the floor mop after use to keep it clean and protected.
