   Good Cleaner, but Bad Stand, Soft Stones, and Replacement Concerns
   I like this brush set, and I do recommend it with some caveats, but there are things that you should know.The brush does work well. The handle is strong, and the connection mechanism between the handle and the stones is strong enough to put some pretty serious force into scrubbing. The little pull handle to release the stone works pretty well too, although it does require 2 hands. Overall, for its functionality, it’s a solid win.I do have a few problems with this set though.The holder/storage base does function pretty well, but it really is just thick packing material. Again, it works, but it’s incredibly ugly and genuinely looks like you made your own makeshift stand by repurposing packing material. I honestly just got rid of mine and put the pieces under the sink when not in use.It’s also worth mentioning that the pumice stones themselves are pretty lightweight. They disintegrate pretty quickly if you really have a serious stain to scrub up, which isn’t necessarily a problem, except that I’m also worried about getting replacement heads. There are a ton of scrubbers just like this on Amazon, so it’s probably possible to buy replacement heads, but I don’t see any official ones available, and the idea of having to throw this out when the stones are gone really bothers me. I’ll have to try some of the other ones to see if they are snap-in replacements.Overall, assuming I can get replacement heads, I really like this. Being able to scrub out water lines and stains from my toilets from a distance is amazingly handy, and it really does its job. I wouldn’t count on the holder, though. You can see it in some images here, and it’s not going to fit in with any bathroom decor.I do recommend it though, with those caveats.

   Good toilet brush for a good price
   I got this set because I do love a good bristle brush– as so many companies move to replace bristles with silicone (an absolute travesty, if you ask me). The brush is very wide and is able to slide into lots of places with it’s long bristles. The thing I don’t like is that once the brush head is attached to the handle, it is able to freely turn 360°. It can just endlessly swivel around on the end of the handle. This, to me, is a major design flaw. When I twist the handle to clean the deepest part of the toilet where the water goes out of, the handle turns, but the brush head stays in place. I need the brush head to turn with the handle to actually swipe where I want it to. Up and down shouldn’t be the only motions that a cleaning brush can perform. I kept one of the pumice stones out and used it to file the many callouses and layers of dead skin from my feet. It worked so well that I plan on keeping it for that purpose. Luckily, the set comes with two. So, one for my feet and one for my toilet. The brush, handle and pumice stone attachment are all housed in a cheap white plastic thing which they are shipped in as part of the packaging. That seemed a little cheap, but really, it is a smart way to keep that part of it out of a landfill for now.
