Difficult to install, but works well when finally in place.
Works fine, attached either vertical or horizontal.Only problem is the ‘thin material’ the set screw is supposed to be screwed into. There is not enough material to even get the screw to catch hold. The point of screw hitting the other material blocks this. I had to turn the unit around so the screw’s hole was on top to get the screw to align properly and thread to take hold. One revolution, and then turn unit to position I desired, to finish tightening screw. This rotation causes the screw’s point to gouge the inner material during the twist.Believe me: The actual operation was harder than how my writeup explains it.

Terrible design.
The screw that holds the device makes it problematic when needing to do any adjusting. I had to remove it a few times before I was able to finally secure it. It should just be in one piece, not 3.

Perfect n neat!
Loved the price. But it’s dainty for my guess bathroom that has to be changed out the most. I like the versatility of it to be able to change it from an upward position or side. Only hard part of installation was drilling the holes in the wall for the screws.

It’s okay.
It’s a bit wobbly and not the sturdiest, but it gets the job done. Installation was simple, and it holds the toilet paper fine, just don’t expect heavy-duty quality.
